Is there anyway we can call USCIS and share with them our inquiries. Their voice message is hard to get to speak to a customer service assistant.

Thx

I think you can call their information desk. Don't really have idea, but please do let me know if you receive any information or if you receive NOA.

I just got 3 emails and text notifications saying that my case has been accepted and routed to USCIS National Benefits Center (i filled i-131, i-765 and i-485 together). I have to wait now 7-10 days to get receipts in mail. Also I see on my bank account that the check was cashed. If my case was transferred there does it mean I won't have an interview? Does it also mean nothing is missing and all forms were properly filled?

How long ago did you send it?

Depending on the service you used, either address should work.

I suddenly received October 24th, after midnight 3 emails and 3 text messages from USCIS that my case is approved and has been routed to the national benefit center. I was told that in 7 to 10 days I will receive form 797
