Can't upload photo in DS-160 form

When I go to upload photo on the DS-160 form I get the Invalid operation. The connection is closed message and cannot go forward or back to a previous page. I have tried google chrome and ie 11

Any one else have this problem and how did you fix it?

I had issues downloading pic way back when. Use the search tool and enter in your topic to see other threads. Idk if anyone has had your specific issue or not. All I can say is keep trying. It took me 3 days to finally get ours to download.

Tried that , no luck

I am getting further though in all browsers, I can get to the upload pic and pic is approved to upload but it wont up load. Message says try again, which I have at least a hundred times.

I did notice on the fiance information page, the state (Nevada) and zip code wont stick no matter what I do.
