K1 Interview - Should I bring the I-134 AND I-864?

Could anyone who's recently done their K1 interview in Montreal help me out?

Just wanted to clarify what I need from my fiancé in regards to the financial aspect.

The packet 4 email states this:

Affidavit of support (I-134) (for fiancé, employment and DV visas)

Evidence of support (I-864, Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year)

I read on several posts that the I-134 with supporting documents should be fine.

However, I want to confirm if this is currently acceptable.

Financial documents for K-1 interview should include:

I-134 from petitioner (I-134 also from co-sponsor is using one)

W2'a(tax records)(3 years worth preferably depending on situation)

Pay stubs

Letter from employer

Copy of last years 1040 tax form

Bank statement(if needed)

These cover(and exceed maybe depending on consulate and situation) all requirements pretty well.

The I-864 form is for the affidavit of support for the AOS process.

Please read the guides.

It's all right there

I've read the guides, multiple times actually lol.

I was just confused as it was stated in my packet 4 letter/check list

Doesn't hurt to double, triple check right?

You're fine.

Packet 4 for Montreal is sent the same for both K-1 and spousal. That's why they make sure to put "For Fiance Visa" in parenthesis next to the I-134. The I-864 is essentially needed for all visa's NOT in the parenthesis next to I-134.

i-134 is K-1.

I-864 is AOS and Spousal Visas.

Hi,
I also need some clarification. I received this email from the US consulate in Montreal a week and a half before my interview. This is the line I'm confused about

-  Original I-134 Form along with 2015 1040 Form from your Sponsor (please make sure that you bring the original signed form, neither copies nor scanned copies will be accepted).

I have the original I-134 from that he filled out and signed as well as:

COPIES last 3 years tax transcripts from IRS
Letter from employer
most recent 4 months pay stubs
and a COPY of his 2016 1040 form as well as the corresponding 2016 W-2's from last year

Do I need a SIGNED 2016 1040 form from him and should I also bring a SIGNED copy of his 2015 1040? Or will a copy be good enough?

Only the i-134 needs to be original ( not a copy.)

You need the 1040 plus w2s and any schedules to make a complete tax return.  Tax return transcripts for free from the IRS are preferred and easier.
