We went to go try and get his ssn but the lady said that his status in the US had not been updated. So that is freaking him out. it's not freaking me out because we got married in the 90 days and everything we did everything the way it should. i'm just wondering what status would he currently be as. I noticed that in the adjustment of status it also asks me for his "status" which idk what it would be. Legal immigrant?

my question also is since he wasn't able to get his ssn before the 90 when would he be given a ssn? My husband is freaking out and I just want him to chill out. lol
