My husband interview was in August 16 in Casablanca ,he answer all the question good. and I tell him what they need more time to process this case, give him 221 g letter stated administrative processing , and passport . I try to email , but they not respond . Only after 2 month I got email what they returned petition to USCIS. I don't know what to do. Can I fill out another I-130, or aplly for the k-3 visa, or I have to waiting for the USCIS responded to me??

I was call them , they tell me wait until they received , they can't tell me nothing more. How long it take to hit respond for the USCIS? Somebody tell me from VJ what they was apply for another I130, because it is take less time , aroun 1 year , and revoke it is take 2 years

So sorry for your delay.

Its taking now 12 to 18 months to hear from USCIS. Nothing much to do. Refiling as Jawaree said really is not wise. You can be denied for the exact same reason. And the refiling takes just as long. Its a waiting game.

Look at all your issues, red flags and do visit and keep it going awhile you wait is all you really can do.

Ask your husband all the questions asked and his response

Do involve your Senator to see if they can get anymore information.
