this is what i posted yesterday to help with all this documentation

If you are thinking to apply for a visa and going to their country to meet or visit

some tips / first read what is needed for the application

including the total expense that you will incure including the needed income when that person comes (health insurance, other filing fees such as AOS, etc)

1. take the applications forms with you including a blank application I 129 or I 130

2 take blank G325a for the person to help with the bio info

3. take sample form of intent to marry for K 1 visa

4. get from them the passport photos needed for the applicaiton

5. get copy of their passport, National ID to file with the applicaiton

6. get copy of their birth certificate / some countries such as Morocco Immigration requires an original / ask other members of that country on here / check that country's guidelines

7. take photos of not only you and the person but of you and the person's family

8. before you go ask a lot about the culture so you do not embarass yourself or that person's family when you meet

anyone wanting to add to this, feel free as mailing infromation back and forth gets expensive

No. a print out of a scanned copy is fine

Truly a gamble. There's been many get a RFE for not having a wet signature, but often times scanned get through. Pretty much how some get RFE for needing online fir more details/non IMBRA and others don't.
