What happens to photos etc when case sent back? (split)

All of that is part of your permanent record with USCIS, and will stay with your file, whether in AP, sent back or approved.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

There are several reasons. Most of the time, it is because they do not believe your relationship to be genuine; they think you only married to get a greencard.

Is there any red flags in your case such as large age or religious difference, recent divorce, or previous immigration attempts? What did the interviewer concentrate on at the visa interview?

I was divorced 4 years ago.I am older than he. But have alot of relationship material.Co concentrated on talking about his family.now I book back.hardly any questions about me

Well we were put into AP.he requested a new spondsor I 864.tax returns an then said wait for email from them.spondsor made enough income.then receive email petition returned.a complete different answer than expected.ho hum
