To clarify my question i meant that if i can go on a b2 visa to marry him then file for k1. not if i can visit him after i file. is that possible ? :o

You can marry in the USA on a B2 visa then go home and file for a CR-1 immigration visa. You can still visit while the CR-1 is in process.

Nope.

The K1 is a FIANCE visa. If you marry him you will no longer be a fiance, you will be his spouse. So you will no longer qualify for the K1.

But you can visit, get married, file for CR1 (spousal visa), and continue to visit him during the CR1 process.

Opps! i meant to say can i visit him( several times with the b2 visa) then file for a f1 visa at my country. I've read that it wasn't legal on the internet..... but it is the internet so..

You could do that.

For a F1 it could, but then you have a B2 so maybe not.
