guys, I keep finding inssuficient or conflicting information regarding what to include in the packages. I am doing electronic processing. Besides the obvious basic essential financial documents for AOS (tax stuff, financial stuff, Forms - and in my case proof of intent to reestablish domicile) and personal documents for IV package (birth certificate, marriage, passport, police clearances) that are required, there are the miscellaneous cover letters and bar-coded pages. It gets confusing because these barcoded things seem to have no easy identification for them, I would like anyone to help me to identify out of the miscellaneous documents what I might be forgetting:

IV package:

-IV Cover Letter

-Barcoded Sheet (I assume that this is the confirmation page titles "Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application Confirmation" and can be generated when you submit the DS-260:

"Thank You
You have successfully submitted an Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (Form DS260).
You must bring to your visa interview proof that you submitted this form by printing a confirmation page using the below
button. Do not print a copy of this screen; use the below PRINT CONFIRMATION button to print a page with a

unique barcode related to your visa application. You can print a confirmation from this website at any time.)

AOS package

-AOS Cover Letter

-Barcoded Sheet (from ceac website)

The next step in the immigration process is for the
Petitioner to submit an Affidavit of Support. A link to the
instructions has been provided for you on the Receipt Page.
You can also find the instructions on the NVC website at

-Checklist from NVC Welcome Letter

""This cover sheet is for case XYZ2016123456.When you send your documents to us, place them in the order
shown below, and put this cover sheet on top. Mark the checkbox [ X ] under Enclosed if you are sending the
document. Mark the checkbox [ X ] under Unavailable if you cannot obtain the document. Mark the checkbox [
X ] under Not Applicable if the document is not applicable or not needed for your case.""
I appreciate any confirmation that I am or not on the right track, as well as pointing out if I'm forgetting any of these "miscellaneous" documents... I've read places that say you need to send in a copy of the DS-260 (??) you guys get the idea! thanks again!

NVC documents are anything that supports your relationship. Whatsapp messages, money transfers, wedding pictures, call logs, marriage certs, birth certs, any other evidence that shows your relationship is genuine.

AOS is anything related to Tax. W2, IRS Transcripts and any other tax related documents that show your income.

I'm sorry, I think my question wasn't very clear! I meant to ask which miscellaneous documents are needed in either of the NVC packages (which are AOS and IV, the USCIS I-130 package had all my evidence of bona fide relationship).

The documents I'm looking to find out are things like barcoded sheets, receipts, checklists, cover pages, etc.

Thank you! I was about to include both receipts from the CEAC portal and both barcoded cover sheets also from the CEAC portal, plus the checklist in the welcome letter. Since I have all these ready should I just send it in?
