Yes, you can print it yourself. There are online companies and software that can help you make sure you get the photo to meet the US passport photo requirements.

To be on the safe side,since she would send you the letter of intent ,why not just send you the photo as well..

and make sure you double check if you've answered about the criminal record,we got an rfe for that bcoz my fiance forgot to answer it.

And if you met on a dating site,attach the terms and condition too,so u can make sure that they dont send you an rfe asking if that site is a marriage broker,you can find it in google.

G-325A and statement of intent can be scanned and emailed to the USC petitioner to print out and include with the I-129F. IF they are going to mail them, then sure, include the passport photo in the mailing too.

My fiance emailed me the passport photo and I printed them at my local Fedex office. Not expensive and the clerk was very helpful.

My Fiancé emailed her photo to me. I was able to print them out on my own printer using photo paper. Just make sure the dimensions are correct.

Incorrect information.

What instructions? Not the I-129F instructions, which is what this post is about.

None of that is needed for the I-129F, and only one passport photo is needed from the USC petitioner, and one from the foreign fiance(e). Perhaps read the I-129F instructions first before stating what is required and what the instructions state.
