Form I 693 - little confused about this.. for K1

My spouse took her medical exams in juarez and has also taken additional shots now here in the US. My question is, for the AOS, the application states if you have the medical exams taken for K1 you don't need to fill out the I693. Some say you do have to still fill it out, some say you only fill out a portion. Also if i have the medical exams already done, is it in the system so that we don't have to send in any attachments?? I don't want to have to go to a surgeon general to get them translated if they are already in the system. I am really confused about this..

Also for my wife they said she doesn't need Polio or HIB, the vaccinatoin department of the county said it wasn't need for immigration. I read on the NCIS that it is needed. They said its only necessary for children. What is the right thing to do in my situation? K1 applicants please chime in.. Thank you.

The vaccinations sheet she got from her doctor DS-3025 is that ticket as complete?

I just spoke to her and she doesn't remember getting any sheet. She did say she got a CD.

Then have her contact the doctor and ask for that sheet

I'd go take a look at the regional forum to see what others did. I believe the Mexican doctors don't bother giving the k1 applicant any of the vaccines and usually hand a blank ds3025 in the sealed envelope.
