My wife just had her interview but there are some things I have questions about...

1) someone (presumably a clerk or assistant) told my wife that her birth certificate was no good and to bring another one, but the CO said the visa is approved and she was not given any form for additional documents. Is this something I should be worried about? Furthermore the NVC case status lists my wife's visa as "Issued; passport will be ready in a few days, etc"

2) the medical result envelope which was originally sent to the embassy was returned to my wife, but was unsealed...should that be sealed?

3) I registered my wife's passport and pickup location approx. 1 month before the interview, but now I cannot login to US Travel Docs BD anymore and it won't let me reset the password. I already have the barcode page printed, do I still need access to the site?
