My friend moved to the USA 2 years ago married to a US citizen. She is now getting ready to file for removal of conditions to get her 10 year green card. She is happily married to her husband with 4 kids. Confusion however is how much money she needs to pay. Does she pay filing fee for just her self and the kids pay only biometrics fee or do they all pay filing fee for removal of conditions? Please let me know how much money she needs to pay for removal of conditions for both her and her 4 kids. Thank you.

(mod hat off)

Have your friend look at the USCIS link about Forum I-751, in particular, the Filing Fee Tab, to figure out the fees for her and her children: https://www.uscis.gov/i-751

Found though a simple Google search, Google can also be your friend.

Good luck to both you and your friend on your immigration journey

yes, I believe it says $505 for the form plus $85 for biometric, and $85 per child for the biometric. No need for the dependent children to pay the I-751 $505 fee.

So your friend immigrated here with her 4 kids on a CR1 Visa? None are her husbands or what?

So her husband filed 4 petitions?

Need more info.
