DS-160 - Scared we missed a spot

Interview is scheduled, required documentation has been mailed to embassy, now the fear that I made a mistake when helping my fiancé fill out the DS160 is nagging at me. They are probably so trivial you'll think I'm crazy but...

In the education section, we listed the two universities she attended but forgot to include her high school. Is this even an issue?

Also in the countries you have lived since 2016 I did not include her native country of Japan as I figured that is assumed and only included USA as she lived here as a J1.

Thanks for any advice.

Those mistakes are irrelevant. I had my lawyer filled out the application and he made a lot of mistakes, he didn't even bother to check with me, it still bothers me but that's another story. Anyway, the CO never brought up not one of them so I'm sure you'll be fine. Good luck :)
