AOS Filing - Have I got everything?

Hi,

My fiancee and I got married after I entered the country on my K1, and I'm now putting together our AOS paperwork. Questions in red.

So far I have:

I-485

I-864 (Along with supporting tax return & pay stubs)

G-325A (Do we need one for each of us or just for the one applying?)

I-765

I-131

G-114

DS3025 - I have mine from London which says "vaccination requirements are complete for this patient". So I don't need to see a civil surgeon or do I still need to have it certified?

Two US Passport sized photographs with full name and A# on the back (I think I need more?)

The one thing I'm unsure of is that i only have last year's tax return at the moment, and lots of recent pay stubs. Do I need more?
