I had my interview yesterday and consul gave me a blue slip for administrative processing and told to me to submit one missing docs and send it back to them thru empost or direct at the US Embassy abu dhabi, my question is, do I need to send also my passport to them along with my documents? Thanks in advance!

If they ask for the passport to be brought also on the 221g then yes you would send the passport also
