Hello! Just got our NOA2 mailed letter 2 days ago, need to change mailing address of benificiary. Should I still contact USCIS or NVC now assuming the process is en route to NVC. I attempted to change it online in USCIS but that online change of address is only for the petitioner's change of address. Help here please.Thanks.

Welcome to the forum.

You will likely have to wait until you get your Dept. of State (DOS) case file number assigned at NVC. The DOS generally does not deal with USCIS receipt numbers, the DOS case file number is one you will likely need to provide while your approved petition is going through the DOS part of the visa process. You could then try to contact the interviewing embassy/consulate (likely via email, can't tell for sure, your timeline is absent) with the beneficiary Change of Address (COA) information.

:time:

Good luck on your immigration journey.
