I'm still waiting, day 82 for me. If no update by the end of the week I might submit that case inquiry online. I was looking at it today and one of the options is 'outside of normal processing times" which doesn't really apply to us yet because we are NEAR the 90 days but not there yet. Right?

You can open a request after 75 days for an EAD. Fun fact though, having just logged an SR it is going to be 1/31 before I get a response to my SR according to their system... I think there might be a backlog so do not expect that EAD approval before day 90!

I was thinking of opening a SR too. But I think I will rather wait since almost all of us here are in the same time frame. Think i will be waiting to see how yours go.

My 90th day from date they received (October 18th) would be January 16th (next Monday), correct?   My wife was supposed to travel home at the end of this month - we had really hoped the EAD/AP would have been processed by now.  Should I open a case / inquiry? or is it too soon?  I don't want to slow the process down any more but would love to give it a little nudge if possible.

AOS

10/13 Package mailed (Day 1)

11/04 NOA letter (Day 22)

11/18 Biometrics appointment letter received. Bio Date of 12/2 (Day 36)

12/02 Biometrics taken (Day 50)

01/13 EAD approved via USCIS webpage (AP was never updated on web) (Day 92)

01/17 AP approved via NOA in mail  (never got written NOA for EAD in mail) (Day 96)

01/18 EAD Card Mailed (Day 97)

01/20 Combo Card received in Mail  (Day 99)

yes from the day they received your AOS....if i were you i should raise an inquiry to expedite your EAD on the 90th day of your application was received. Not before the 90th day period because they will just come up with the standard reason of case under processing time.. and dont be afraid to raise an inquiry,it dosent slow your case down instead your forcing them to look at your case..
