Happy New Year everyone!

Since we haven't heard anything about our EAD/AP, is anyone here considering filing a service request online or calling? I want to be patient and not interfere to cause more delays. Just curious if anyone is doing this after 75 days have passed? Today is day 75 counting from my priority date. I have read on this forum that some filers wait 75 days and call to receive info about the EAD.

Mine is about 70 days starting from the day uscis sent out the paper NOA. So I think I will have to wait out till next this weekend before I make any enquiry. Hopefully we will hear from them this weekend.

Looking at your timeline I would say you should open an SR on the 11th if you haven't heard anything by then.

I was counting all the days including weekends and holidays. I think I saw some post on visajourney stating that USCIS works 24/7, but I'm not sure if that is true. Still waiting then...

Looking at your timeline I'd say start up an SR in the 12th if you haven't heard anything by then. If you're anything like me you really need that EAD!

Yes, I have called but haven't received much luck from the tier 1 support agents. I am hoping to be able to speak with a Tier 2 agent to get some more information.

Yes, I opened a service request yesterday. Would the RFE's be responsible for our delay? I haven't updated my timeline but we did biometrics on 11/14.
