I'm an October filer as well , started a new topic for Newark filers but I guess it's better to be in one general group (everyone from October).

hello guys i filed my aos marriage based  1-485/1-131/1-130/1-765 concurently. I will post my timeline it might somehow help you all!. my service center is NBC/MSC.   oct. 3/16- se

Our online status reflected the same thing, but when we received the card it had approval for both travel and work authorization.

My biometrics appointment is on the 21st of November at 11 am. Best wishes for everyone!

05 May 2020: Application submitted online

06 May 2020: NOA received

28 Sep 2020: Biometric reuse notification

28 Oct 2020: Interview scheduled for 02 Dec 2020 (online notification)

02 Dec 2020: Interview at 9 am in Lawrence, MA (approved)

02 Dec 2020: Naturalization Oath Ceremony

16 Feb 2019: Received NOA (18 month extenstion letter) from Vermont Service Center

09 Mar 2019: Biometrics appointment letter received

18 Mar 2019: Biometrics appointment

11 Mar 2020: Green Card approved

13 Mar 2020: Card was mailed to me

18 Mar 2020: Received my 10 year Green Card 😀

10/28/2016: AOS Application Package Sent to Chicago (USPS)

10/31/2016: AOS Package Delivered

11/15/2016: E-Notifications received

11/18/2016: NOA received in mail

12/6/2016: Biometrics

12/7/2016: RFE for i864 received

12/14/2016: RFE received by USCIS

01/30/2016: EAD approved on USCIS website

02/04/2017: EAD received in mail

Are you going to wait for the appointment or try a walk-in?

Hi! I'm going to wait for the appointment since that week won't be a full week due to Thanksgiving and I bet they will be short-staffed. I did some research on other threads and different office locations, looks like some places didn't take early walk-ins if there wasn't a full work week. I won't risk it and will go at the scheduled time.

Hey guys, just look at my timeline in my signature section. It took an entire 16 days just for the first texts and emails. Hang in there. You should hear something back from them very soon! It seems to be taking more than 2 weeks now for the first notification from the time of delivery.

Excellent! My paper notifications took 6 days, but I had a weekend and Veterans Day in the middle so hopefully yours will be a little quicker.

AOS

10/13 Package mailed (Day 1)

11/04 NOA letter (Day 22) 

11/18 Biometrics appointment letter received. Bio Date of 12/2 (Day 36)

12/02 Biometrics taken (Day 50)

01/13 EAD approved via USCIS webpage (AP was never updated on web) (Day 92)

01/17 AP approved via NOA in mail  (never got written NOA for EAD in mail) (Day 96)

01/18 EAD Card Mailed (Day 97)

01/20 Combo Card received in Mail  (Day 99)

Hello guys!

I'm new to the forum and am also an October filer, did you guys get a text message, email, or did the online status change when the biometrics appointment was scheduled?

I'm getting a bit impatient since my NOA was from 11/02 and according to the timelines shown here, I should have gotten something already.

hey guys is it weird that i received text/email notifications for 3 forms (130, 765 and 485) but only received 2 paper notifications (130 and 765).

Just wondering if this is unusual or not?
