My E-Notifications landed last night. Says my case has been routed to the National Benefits Center, is that standard?

Also, for those wondering time from delivery to notification for me was 15 days. So don't panic if you are still waiting and it has been less than 2 weeks.

NO

Election has nothing to do with AOS.

All of the above. Besides, none of this happens overnight. Law making is a long and arduous process so even in the EXTREMELY unlikely event the next leadership wanted to interfere with AOS (which they do not) it would be nigh on impossible for it to have any impact on our applications..

If you watched the debates you would remember Trump discussing immigration and how he feels it is unfair that there are thousands of people waiting in line for citizenship/GC. He said it himself that the process is very inefficient and costly. If anything, I feel that he would like to speed up the process for everyone who is doing it the legal and correct way, which makes perfect sense and we all deserve that.

Still didn't receive my husband's biometrics appointment...
