Good News!

Received 4 texts and emails about 30 minutes past midnight and my checks were cashed late afternoon today!

Adjustment of Status from B-2 Visa

09/18/2016: Married!

10/14/2016: AOS Application Package Sent to Chicago (USPS)

10/16/2016: AOS Package Delivered [Day 0]

11/1/2016: NOA 1 [Day 16]

11/1/2016: Checks Cashed [Day 16]

11/4/2016: NOA 2 [Day 19]

11/12/2016: Biometrics Appointment Letter [Day 27]

11/25/2016: Biometrics Appointment [Day 40]

01/12/2017: "New Card Is Being Produced" I-765 [Day 88]

01/20/2017: Received Combo Card in Mail [Day 96] 

07/19/2017: Interview scheduled / Interview Notice Mailed [Day 276]

08/22/2017: INTERVIEW + Updated Case Status to "Card Produced/Mailed" 

06/2019:  I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions Filed

07/2019: Biometrics 

04/24/2020:  I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions APPROVED

Our online status reflected the same thing, but when we received the card it had approval for both travel and work authorization.

Mine was received by USCIS on Oct 18th and I got my 4 texts just an hour ago! AOS from B-1.

10/14/2016 - Package sent via USPS Priority
10/17/2016 - Package Received
11/01/2016 - Text NOA
11/04/2016 - Hard Copy NOA
11/10/2016 - Biometrics Appointment Letter Received
11/21/2016 - Biometrics Appointment

11/29/2016 - EAD/AP Expedite Request via Congresswoman's Office

11/04 NOA letter (Day 22) 

11/18 Biometrics appointment letter received. Bio Date of 12/2 (Day 36)

12/02 Biometrics taken (Day 50)

01/13 EAD approved via USCIS webpage (AP was never updated on web) (Day 92)

01/17 AP approved via NOA in mail  (never got written NOA for EAD in mail) (Day 96)

01/18 EAD Card Mailed (Day 97)

01/20 Combo Card received in Mail  (Day 99)

Hello,

1.please what documents did you submit.

I am Filing for my dad adjustment of status. He's on B1/B2 and came in July .Today makes him 4 months around and I want to petition for him. I am a us citizen I have filled out form 1-130 ,1-485 ,1-765 .

Please what supporting documents did you submit and what other forms did you submit . Is it best to submit all documents at initial sending? At what point will he do Medicals?

Also, please can you help with the short terms and thier full meaning eg EAD/AP, I know aos is affidavit of support. Thank you

I posted the cover letters on this thread detailing all the supporting documenti included in the i485 and i130 applications. I am adjusting from F1, so I wouldn't know the specifics for b1/b2.

Hi all. My AOS combo pack was received on the 18th and I received text and email late last night. Checked the site and it said they accepted my payment for finger prints and the National Benefit Center would be handling my case. So I'm looking for the hard copies and the biometrics.

My husband concurrently filed I-130 and I-485 for me on the 14th of October 2016. Still waiting for NOA by mail.

N400 Timeline

05 May 2020: Application submitted online

06 May 2020: NOA received

28 Sep 2020: Biometric reuse notification

28 Oct 2020: Interview scheduled for 02 Dec 2020 (online notification)

02 Dec 2020: Interview at 9 am in Lawrence, MA (approved)

02 Dec 2020: Naturalization Oath Ceremony

09 Mar 2019: Biometrics appointment letter received

18 Mar 2019: Biometrics appointment

11 Mar 2020: Green Card approved

13 Mar 2020: Card was mailed to me

18 Mar 2020: Received my 10 year Green Card 😀

Yes I have. I received it yesterday and I also received biometric appointment/notice today.

Wow that's great!! Thanks for the update, we are a few days apart so I'm hoping to be getting my NOA 2 in the mail today or tomorrow hopefully!
