Received letters in the mail regarding approval of both EAD and AP. I'd like to remind everyone here that I only received a case status update online regarding my EAD without any text/email notification. There was no update for the AP online. I guess we should be expecting combo card in the mail soon?

Same thing happened to me.  Yesterday we received written approval of the AP in the mail.  We did not receive written approval of the EAD - that was only updated online, while AP was not updated online.  

 

My concern now is I spoke with my Lawyer and he suggested that my wife not travel with the AP due to overstaying her entry visa by more than a year.  I thought the Matter of Arabally and Yerabelly specifically say that in our situation you CAN travel without causing the 10 year ban to be enforced.  currently searching the forums and online for clarity - fingers crossed.

I haven't received anything yet. Not even an update on USCIS case status. It's weird because my PD is October 13th which makes it about 97 day today. I filled out a service request on the 10th of this month and got a response on the 13th that my case is being proceed and I will get a response shortly. I don't know what is going on, but I think I will wait out this week before I call them.

I haven't anything either, my PD is 10/17/2016 and I'm on day 93, I've been checking the EAD timeline on VJ and it looks like 95 - 100 days is common even without an RFE. Hope we all get our EAD and AP approved soon!

We received our EAD/AP combo in the mail today! We just received our official receipt notice in the mail for our EAD/AP approval yesterday. Wishing everyone a fast process on this immigration journey!

Did anyone who applied for EAD based on a pending I-485 [(c)(9)] got it approved? Just wondering because it's been 95 days since I applied and I haven't received any notification. Also the NBC processing time says "processing cases as of September 11 2016".

I have not. Mine has been 99 days and no news yet. I opened service request and got response on the 13th that my case is under review and i will get notification shortly. Today I called USCIS customer service and nothing useful. Asked to wait till after 30days before I can make another service request. And i checked the processing time on uscis, it says processing ead as of September 11. But I know a lot of October filers who have recieved theirs. I just don't understand anymore.

Very strange, you should have received yours by now. Hopefully the service request speeds things up for you, wishing you good luck and patience. 

 

I received the combo card in the mail yesterday. Now I'm trying to figure out how my husband can apply for a driver's license.

Yeah, I don't understand either.  I opened a service request and it said "you'll receive a reply by 29th January 2017". I really hope we get ours approved soon.
