nope i do think that as long as your on your 90th day since received date of your AOS they will reply to your inquiry as soon as they can.. i bet you they will reply to your inquiry in less than 2days..

just got my ead in my mail this afternoon 

3 days from card was mailed to me in uscis case tracker... going to apply for ssn tom and get ready for my interview on jan. 31.. goodluck to us guys! 

 

and fyi i ddnt get the tracking no. online, but instead i called level 2 uscis officer and ask them for my tracking number, after 3 hrs of waiting for there call back feature ?..but im still glad im almost done with this process!!

That's good news! Congrats again. What visa are you adjusting from? It will really be nice if you can fill out your timeline on Visajourney timeline so we can be all follow your journey.

I think we all should be starting to hear news soon. We got our approval notice for the EAD card yesterday as well! Can't wait to receive it in hand!

Congratulations to those of you who have your EAD approved! I'm very hopeful that the rest of us should receive good news in a couple of days. It's a long wait....but worth it :-)

Hang in there everyone, the approvals have finally started coming in for October filers. I was honestly ready to start a service request online, and then one random night I decided to check my case status online on the USCIS website and it was updated without any text or email notification! Took less than 90 days for us for the actual approval, but by the time the card is in our mailbox it might be a while.

So I just checked the USCIS page and for the EAD receipt it says " On January 13, 2017, we approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization."   To be honest we are really waiting for the AP approval, which is still unchanged.   If i understand correctly the card itself, once printed, is for both EAD and AP - is that correct?  We are excited to see the EAD approval but are now nervously awaiting AP.   Also, would it be possible for them to approve EAD but not AP?
