clearly your history is making them ponder on the decision as to wether or not to approve your GC... i dont know what other routes you have tried but you can submit service requests to see why a decision has still not been made, you can try info pass appointment you can try contacting your congressman as to see why a decision hasnt been made... Going the above route's may not trigger a decision but atleast it will give you the reason why a decision hasnt been made im guessing the reason is due to the credit card fraud or maybe they just forgot about your case which has happened to a few people unlikely but possible... has you lawyer or yourself tried any those?

April 8th: AOS sent

April 11th: Recieved at Chicago lockbox [Day 0]

April 25th: NOA1 date (never recieved e-notifications) [Day 14]

April 29th: NOA1 hard copy recieved in the mail [Day 18]

May 9th: "Fingerprint fee recieved" [Day 28]

May 12th: Reciept number's start working on USCIS case status website [Day 31]

May 20th: Biometrics letter recieved [Day 39]

June 1st: Biometric appointment [Day 51]

​November 12th: Interview letter received ​[Day 216]

December 1st: Interview day! APPROVED [Day 235]

December 5th: Case status changed from "fingerprint fee received" to "Approved" post dated Dec 1st [Day 239]

Received approval letter in the mail for Green card [Day 239]

December 6th: "Card was mailed to me" [Day 240]

December 8th: Green card received in mail!!! [day 242]

What you guys talking about. What kind of bad name i give to immigrants. I was set up. Thats it and there is nothing wrong in my case i am been married for 11 year and been living here for 8 years. Its not me or people like me who give immigrants bad name. Its poeple who came before us and think they r superior then others they mess with peoples lifes and distorys there familys.

Don't worry about what people think about you in this forum, what you need to do is make a infopass and go to your local office with your wife if you can and ask them face to face about your case, over the phone they'll tell you anything just so you get off the phone, it (Infopass) worked for me. about the congressman or state representative they can inquire on behalf of you and USCIS some times reply them faster than replying to you. Good luck!!
