The last update on USCIS Processing Time is from 15th September 2016.

Does anyone know when they will update it next?

I applied for AOS from F-1 based on marriage to USC. My local office is SaintPaul,MN on Apr 7, 2016. My case has been on "ready to interview" since May 23, 2016. I received no RFE and I am trying to figure out much longer it will take for my AOS interview.

2 yr GreenCard expires: 03/24/2019

 

12/27/18 i-751 ROC mailed

12/31/18 USCIS received package (# starts with LIN)

01/30/19 18 month extensions received. Did not get any email/text even though I signed up for it

06/25/19 Biometrics completed in St.Paul MN

10/21/19 RFE received. Insufficient evidence.

10/24/19 RFE response delivered (per USPS).

So, I actually called them today at 1, because I was curious as to when it would update. The worker told me it should be updated in the next couple of days. But, on their website it says they usually update the page on the 15 of every month. 10-15 was a Saturday, so maybe everything got pushed back?

Appointment at Mexican Consulate:02/22/17 AP due to unresolved court case in U.S that we were assured was no longer an issue😭
U.S judge finally accepted plea in absentia and signed paperwork arrived at Mexican Consulate:04/20/17
Visa approved: 04/25/17 Visa ready for pick up in Mexico City: 04/28/17
Hubby is home!!!: 05/01/17😊

11/25/2016: Biometrics Appointment [Day 40]

01/12/2017: "New Card Is Being Produced" I-765 [Day 88]

01/20/2017: Received Combo Card in Mail [Day 96] 

07/19/2017: Interview scheduled / Interview Notice Mailed [Day 276]

In the past 5 months, Minneapolis/St.Paul has moved forward a whopping 50 days!!

Between 15th Sept and 18th Oct they moved forward 9 days.

Just unbelievable!
