Hello everyone,

I am the petitioner for my wife. We have applied for CR-1 visa which was approved for expeditious processing by the US Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela. We received an email from the embassy recently stating to go on ustraveldocs.com and make an appointment as soon as possible. The only issue is that ustraveldocs.com does not have an option to choose CR-1 visas for appointments. Has anyone else had issues like this? I even tried getting an appointment under a k-3 visa, but a fee must be paid for that, and from what I know CR-1 does need to pay an MRV fee online. All fees were already collected by the NVC. If anyone has any knowledge in this area I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Could it be you are looking under the wrong category, "non immigrant" instead of "immigrant visas" ?

At least they contacted you. The London embassy do no contact you at all after an expedite. They receive your case from the NVC and it just sits there. To make matters worse you can't contact them either as they don't discuss immigrant cases over the phone and do not reply to emails.. You are pretty much left on your own and in the unknown with expedited cases at the London embassy.
