Thank you so much guys,

Finally Mounat gave me some hope.

Yes, Previously when I applied for F-1, I was unemployed and my brother was sponsoring me, this time I came on B-1 visa being self sponsored and working in a Real Estate firm with hefty salary.

I am currently Out of Status since october 15th and deadline for RFE is November 6th, I am planning to send respond by 25th October.

Any other tip would be greatly appreciated.

It is not uncommon for young India B2 holders to go for F status while visiting the US. I know someone who did that recently. Ostensibly, one reason is the unwinding process and red tape while dealing with myriad consular processes in Indian cities; versus sitting at home and applying while in the US.

Multiple past F rejections don't bode well for OP, but answer RFEs and hope for the best. An attorney for a B2>F1 change?
