How long does it take for the Embassy in Ghana to respond to emails?

How long does it take for the Embassy in Ghana to respond to emails? I've sent 2 within the last two weeks and I received an automatic reply the first time and nothing from the second email.

Your case got there on the 12th... at least 2 weeks wait is in order.

Keep checking your case status, whenever it updates again, you should be getting an email from them or a letter should be going to your fiance.

A rule of thumb, the more emails you sent, the longer they take to get back to you.. I don't know if they do that to piss folks off. but if you read in the Ghana forum, you will see folks that had to wait longer. Those were usually the ones that sent multiple emails.

Keep an eye on your spam email.

Someone stated that you can print your ceac status and take to the embassy ( i am not sure if it is true but some ppl claim it is).

Give each email at least 2 weeks.

Lastly, the embassy backlogged. They are taking about 3 weeks to print visas which used to be done in 3 days. So you can imagine how long the other processes would take.

Patience is the key!

Case dispatched from diplomatic mail service to NVC : 01/23/2017

Case arrived at NVC: 01/26/2017

NVC sent case to USCIS : 02/09/2017 (system update)

Case receive by USCIS (text & email notification): 03/07/2017
