Hi guys,

Im the beneficiary and I'm needing your help again.I'm not done with these things yet. Huhu

I've got my NSO birth cert recently and there I've notice that the spelling of my fathers name was different compared to my cenomar. It was "I" instead "E.

Do you think guys it's a big issue during my interview nextweek?

What to do.

Thanks,

Which one has the correct entry? If your birth certificate has the correct spelling, just request a new cenomar following the spelling in your birth certificate. Maybe you just had some typos when u fill up cenomar request form.

But if your birth certificate is erroneous, you have to fix that asap.

Do you have passport already?

Yeah we just have some typos when requesting cenomar we didn't make it according to my BC. We think it is E instead and we have been using it to other docs also when submitting our petition.

Thank you Rofel such a big help

Thank you for the response,

And how about the other documents like ds-160 and other forms? I've wrote the incorrect spelling too. Instead letter" i" I used "e"same as with my cenomar coz that's what I've know eversince.

Does it matter?

You can ask the CO during the interview to make small corrections like that to the DS-160. If it is important he will do it then.

Visa chase and citizenship.. DONE!

Does the name in the CENOMAR match the name in your passport & BC ?

As long as YOUR information is correct.  Your father isn't the one applying for the visa

YMMV
