Is anyone from here currently in the US ? My F2A priority date is Dec 17,2015 and I am waiting to do AOS . The date for filing seem to be stuck at Nov 22,2015. Hopefully it moves soon.

Ughhhh ! I know what you mean !! I Check every month and it's been Nov 22 for like the last 3 months -_- I'm confident it will change for February tho, since I was able to get my case and invoice number. And our priority date is 8 days before yours. Keep your fingers crossed !

Where did you pay the fees? I read the guide and I should to choose the agent before to pay the fees

 http://ceac.state.gov/

On the same page, the second immigrant option is "Pay Fees"... I clicked there and then it asked for case number and invoice number. Then the fees came up as not paid. I paid them today. The system won't let you pay both at the same time, you have to do them one by one.

Well after paying the fees, system prompted that it might take 2-3 days to process. The fee will eventually change from "not paid" to "paid". In the meantime I'm able to choose an agent.

Our case is actually not eligible to adjust status. We will then be applying for I-601a waiver, this waiver requires proof that above fees have been paid. That is our next step.

Hi, All Any one from December F2A PD Got their IL ? My PD is 12/10/15.. My I-130 just got approved after being in pending status for 1 year and 9 months... Not sure why...

What are the next steps ? Will get something from NVC ? Current I-130 status says Case was approved... Will my case get completed at NVC before my PD becomes current ? When will the PD become current ?  What is the NVC process... ? Any advice will be appreciated.
