Hi again. I have a situation I need help with getting clarification.

Here is the situation:

My fiance entered the US as an 8 year old minor with her family. Their Visa expired and they stayed until she graduated high school then left a few days later.

My fiance was 18 years old and as I understand it, she has a 3 year bar if she stayed over 180 days but less than one year, as her time of overstay does not being to count until after her 18th birthday. She has a ten year bar if she overstayed her visa for a time period greater than one year.

The told of her overstay was 266 days, so that places her at a 3 year bar.

She has been out of the country now for 4 years and 10 months.

She left on her own, with being deported and without any trouble with the law.

Here is the question:

Is there any additional paperwork I should have filed with the I-129F or will they ask for that on their own? Looking back, I realize I should have asked this before I sent in my I-129F and I apologize in advance if I sound ignorant. This whole process has been difficult and now that I just sent the application in, I am wondering if there was something I missed.

I appreciate any help you can give me and please, if you are going to insult me or my fiance, please do not respond.
