Parents sponsor

I have a question about sponsoring my wife's parents. I think my wife would have to sponsor her using our household income right? Almost the same process as CR1? Please enlighten me.

1. What are my options?

2. If my wife sponsors her parents, are her siblings included as well, is there an age limit? 18? 21?

Thank you in advance.

hi

yes she would petition them and she would be the primary sponsor for each of them. parents are filed separately and there are no derivatives in parents petitions, no matter what age they are

if needed you can be her co sponsor

She can file for them separately the wait will be at least 13 years by the current rules. Once her parents arrive they can petition them . If they are under 21 when the petition becomes current ( about 2 years after the parents arrive which is about one year after they are filed) for they can come then otherwise the wait is about 8 years after they are filed for. And they must remain single
