Is this the Cemar that the Embassy will request at the interview?

Not sure what it looks like or what it is supposed to say. Can someone verify this is the Cenomar/Cemar document they will be asking my wife to show them? (see attachment). Thank you!

Yes that is Cemar (certificate of marriage). Cenomar is certificate of no marriage.
