Hi guys! My live in partner's son was asked to sign a waiver at SLEC last October 13, noting that he agreed to proceed in undergoing medical exam because he is now 22 years old. He have undergone the exam and passed. They have already paid their visa last March 16, 2015 but was not given an interview date because of the almost 5 year retrogression on F1 last June 2015.

I have read a lot regarding CSPA on this forum and also have found CSPA calculator but we are missing some details to input in the mentioned calculator. Below are the dates that we only know and can't find on our documents the "approval date". Hope you could help us to compute.

I-797C Notice of Action
Receipt date: August 11, 2005
Notice date: August 4, 2010
Priority Date: August 11, 2005
Date of birth: January 23, 1995
Date of interview: November 2, 2016
USCIS
Receipt date of I-130: March 9, 2010
Visa Bulletin Current date: Where can I find the date for F1 (Philippines)? Is it 01Sep05 (Visa Bulletin for November)? or the date it was released(14Oct2016)?
Approval Date: Where can I find the approval date?
Thanks.

What is the notice date in 2010 from ? Isn't that the approval notice ?

That's what I'm trying to find out. If the notice date in I-797C sent by USCIS is the same as the approval notice.

You can try checking in the USCIS website the date of approval by entering the receipt number.

Have already checked it and the receipt date is March 9, 2010. In the I-797C, notice date is August 4, 2010.

On the website, under post decision activity, what date is showing?

Can't find that section. Here's the screenshot of the site. Am I in the correct one? :) I also attached the I-797C so you can see the dates.

Looks to me Aug 4, 2010 is the approval date.

Where did you get the Mar 2010?

Went to this site https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do and entered the receipt number (WAC) while not logged in.
