Confused on all these Fees

Could someone explain the next fees to me after NOA2 arrives. I seem to be getting the Medical fee, the Visa fee and another fee possibly mixed up.

So I know the Visa fee is 265.

What is the $260 for? is it additional to the medical fee? ( are there 3 more, or 2?) Whats the current fee for Nigeria Medical Fee.

I tried researching this stuff on the embassy websites and this forum on the guides, so I apologize if this has been answered too many times. I kindly appreciate anyone's input. its driving me crazy that I cannot easily locate this information in a way I understand.

I also do know that it $1079 to do AOS after the fact, but these fees one after another are crazy.

You'll have the visa fee, the medical exam fee, and the police report fee. Then you'll attend the interview and (prayerfully) get your visa approved.

That's all the fees until they come to the US!

The medical varies depending on which one you go to and what all you've got to have done.

$260 is the Visa fee you pay to the bank in Nigeria then schedule your interview. The embassy website has updated the cost of medical (N110,000). Shits extra. Results take now 2 weeks to get back. Expect to take about N120,000 to N150,000. That's $350 to $400

To adjust status after you marry is $1070. That's it until you Remove conditions 21 months after you receive green card.
