My priority date is feb 2015 and my case is still not complete at NVC due to a checklist. We recieved our second checklist in July to submit police certificate and our scan date was August 11! After waiting six weeks, the case is now marked for supervisor review :/ and it's been 3 weeks ! My lawyer is not doing anything to help me out and its so overwhelming :( I have been following visa journey since long time... Please someone guide me what to do ? Im feeling helpless ! Please replyyyyyy I would really appreciate some guidance

yeah it sucks but thats the nvc for you !! i said by the end of the month your case will be complete if everything checks out. dont worry i was just like you is all just a waiting game . it will be over soon. Just try calling the nvc after Oct and ask about your case status

I hope so :/ I just don't want my case to get stuck at nvc even when my pd becomes current. My lawyer did an inquiry and I have been calling nvc but gettin same reply:/ u think contacting a congressman would help? How can I contact? Is there any way to expedite my case? Thx for replying guys :)
