hi

why were you removed?

yes she can file for you since the wait is over 12 years, so any ban you have will be over

is your sister a USC over 21?

if so, have her file immediately

Have your sister file the I-130 for you now. It will take about 12 years so your 5 year ban will be over by then. There is no quicker way for siblings.

P.S. Your sister is a USC, right?

Working on a visitors visa? And Deportation. That will be an obstacle. It shows lack of respect/disregard for immigration rules.

Jamaicans have a very difficult time getting visitors visas. Cases like this are exactly why. smh

Your sister can file for you, the wait by current laws will be well over 13 years , some estimates put it closer to 30 years. ( people who where filed for 13 years ago are now getting visas but there are more immigrants with more siblings so the line is much much longer ) You have little chance of any non relative visa due to your inractions.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
