Husband has just gotten out of AP after 15 long months, the consulate is asking for a updated ds-260, new medical, and to be re interviewed... is this a good sign??

Congratulation first for your husband is out of AP and follow what they said and finish the paper work as soon as it possible.

Yes we are doing that his package is ready to pick up and his re interview is nov 8th ?

Was it 15 months complete from interview or from date uscis got the case back? My husbands case put on administrative processes in March but the interview was August 2015 , took that little big to get back to uscis

His interview was in June at the consulate so he has been in Mexico for 15 months just waiting to get to come home ?

Good gives me hope cause I tried everything to get information. Contacted congressman the whole time every other month . I'm happy for you, it takes going through hell to realize the pain others go through.

Who contacts you? I keep waiting for some paperwork asking for more proof of relationship but nothing.

The consulate called me and told me he was out of ap. Then they sent me an email saying to update ds 260, get new medical, and re interview, I'm such a nervous wreck but hopefully it will turn out well for us... he has a baby he hasn't even met yet...I contacted or congress men and she reached out to Washington.. I believe it was her who got things solved for us!!

I suppose since mines in Ghana they call him because the counselate is there, I'm in California so I think they will call him

I put my number on the ds 260 that way I knew when things were progressing... I really pray that you get some more information soon ap is absolutely the worst thing anyone can go through, how long have you guys been married for??

Dec 9 2013 we were married I've been back six times holding a ticket now in hope I can bring him home. We started a basket business from Ghana Baskets that I sell at the festivals that keeps my mind preoccupied but still is hard .

It is very hard but you have to stay strong and believe that it will be over soon don't give up!!
