I don't think that's true. My NVC receive date was Aug 23rd...with 1 delay my case would have been complete Sept. 13 but it was complete Oct 24 after submitting paperwork forgotten. Awaiting interview letter now....this is almost over!!

Hello,

My scan date is August 10th and I just spoke with customer service rep. He said that the Nebraska center is back dated to April 2nd due to that incident that occurred where hundreds of people got applications approved by mistake. Now they are having to correct those mistakes and they are months behind.

Are you talking about USCIS or NVC?

That would have to be USCIS, if it was Nebraska. NVC only has one facility, in New Hampshire.

Oh ok I thought so. This thread is about the NVC stage scan date to case complete. Theyed want to look for a forum thats says USCIS NOA1 to NOA2 or something like that ?

8 weeks and 1 day on supervisor review for 2 weeks. I called last night and finally got a different answer. That it should be just a few days more. We'll see about that.

Im beyond upset right now. We're at 8 weeks and 2 days since scan date. We got a checklist for 2 judicial certificates that the NVC website says are supposed to be belight to the interview. We had to email the embassy to see IF they'll accept the case so we can bring the certificates to the interview. Who know how long it will take for the consulate to respond.
