Guys, myself and my wife are currently going through the paperwork, I work here in America so doing an AOS.

I have my U.K. Police certificate and also a MD and PA FBI fingerprint clearance due to the job I hold here in USA.

My question is, I will submit my Uk police certificate, should I also send in my MD and PA checks or leave them out of the paperwork and take them when I'm called for the interview

If you have a criminal history, then you will need to provide court records, as outlined in the I-485 instructions.

Simple police clearances are not a requirement with the I-485 for an immediate relative, spouse of USC.

~ Moved from AOS from Family Based Visas to AOS from Work, Student & Tourist Visas - not AOS from K family based visa ~
