Insurance adjustor gave us the full estimate amount and said he'd work with the repair shop if it ended up being different after the work started.

Good news is that they said we could drop the car off early on the 22nd and maybe get a rental car starting then. That might be overly optimistic.

Husband had a customer this week who was an extremely recent transplant from a very sunny and warm state. She was already having trouble with our abnormally warm weather in the 30s and lack of sun. Husband finally understood that I wasn't making up my lack of sun distress in his home country and attraction to oranges to attempt to bring the sunshine back in.

Saturday ES report, see man:

Arose early, in the rain, not promising man.

Attended an ES and procured the following, see man:

-- 2 sets of high-quality/little-used pillowcases, deal man

-- sharp serrated kitchen knife, deal man

-- Many (2x2x2x2x2-2-1) unexpired cans of mostly vegetables & some soup*, steal man

-- unopened Cat Litter Deodorizer & unopened hydrogen peroxide*, steal man

*each for half-of-half a buck, massive steal man

Total = $Many (half a buck less than $2x2x2+2), steal man

After witnessing one rain-phantomed GS, we blew off the other GSs in favor of the remaining ES, prudent man.

That ES completely overpriced, why bother running it let alone attending it man.

We instead ran errands until returning before Mrs. T-B.'s noon deadline, flexible we man.

For lunch, Mini-B. helped us pick up a huge pepperoni 'za, wee with we man.

As we devoured it, Mrs. T-B. returned early from kickboxing and announced, "I had an accident," she man.

(We had a vivid mind-movie of the destroyed Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, sigh & bye man.)

But Mrs. T-B. had merely jumped, landed wrong, and damaged her ankle, unwalkable she man.

We went to show a prospect the r-casa, we show he man.

Prospect wants to rent the r-casa ASAP, whee man.

Upon return to the casa, we gained Mrs. T-B.'s permission for a 2-hour nap (with cat), we & miu zzz man.

We later went to Family Dollar & utilized a $Many-off-a-$Many-purchase coupon, Many% savings man.

We then went to Aldi Foods & spent $Many, good grief but more expensive elsewhere man.

After away-putting the ES, FD, & Aldi cans, we ran out of room in the pantry, stuffed to the gills man.

Might be time for a donation trip to the food bank, before we get canned man.

Sunday report, thrilling man:

Stayed inside most of day because of rain, cold wet man.

Did Many (2+2) laundry loads, excited to report man.

Did leave to take GS stuff to r-casa and to curbside the garbage can there, world traveler man.

Got 2-hour nap, but without cat, we and miu zzz separately man.

For dinner, Tiff Mrs. T-B. served chicken/rice/pea soup, ingest man.

Mrs. T-B. hobbling better today, hobble she man.

We continue to ply her with icepacks and Heap Strong Medicine, kill she pain man.

If HSM knocks her out long enough, we can call the rubias, eager she she she she she she man.
