After dishing a very full warsher, we set forth to organize our linen closet, doors wouldn't close man.

For donation, we culled the following, drum roll man:

Many (2x2x2x2x2x2-[2x2x2-1]) warshcloths, bye man.

Many (2x2x2x2) bath-towels, bye man.

Many (2x2x2-1) hand-towels, bye man.

Many (2x2x2+2+2) pillowcases, bye man.

Many (2x2x2) dish-towels, bye man.

Many (2+2+2) beach-towels, bye man.

Many (2+2+1) bathmats, bye man.

One Many-piece (2+2-piece) twin sheet set, bye man.

Remaining in closet (and in overflow) are a great MANY warshcloths, towels, bathmats, and pillowcases, too good to part with man.

We have Many (2+2+2) queen & twin sheet sets remaining, too good to part with man.

We have Many (2x2x2-1) full sheet sets remaining, too good to part with man.

Regardless, the linen closet now closes, victory man.

I'd never buy a minivan btw but i can see with another one you'd want the space and its an easier to use space than 3rd row seating.

That's a pretty truck.

I looked into it and for about the blue book value of our Subaru, we can get a third row SUV from the same year with the same mileage. That isn't so bad.

Some old lady today kept staring at my stomach and asking if it was just the two kids I have. Lady, I'm not even 6 weeks yet.... Then she started talking about a pregnant mom at her church. Husband and I are jokingly betting it is twins. Then, we'll really need that third row.

Bad news happens in Manys, sigh man.

1. A connection on our lawnmower handle broke when we hit a tree branch while mowing, cut down the infernal tree grrr man. We had to buy a new Toro for $Many00, necessary but grrr man.

2. Mrs. T-B. reached the current landlord of the prospective r-casa tenants, investigate she man. Landlord said that they were late on the rent EVERY month, & he had to send them a letter to cancel the second year of their lease, bye man. He had written the positive letter on their behalf to get rid of them, bye man. He told us not to tell them that he admitted all this, QT man. We wrote the rentress to say that new information has caused us to withdraw our offer, sorry man. Fortunately, we had not yet spent time working up a lease, good planning man. Naturally, no reply from rentress, people like this simply disappear man.

Many. The next $1 sale at our favorite resale store won't be till February, disappoint us & WCG man. We and WCG will have to figure out what else to do for Viernes Negro, Plan B man.

Rental properties are a lot of work, eh? How much carry costs do you lose looking for tenants?

Well, fortunately we have no mortgage, sole saving grace ma'am.

Utilities are minimal, but an expense, $igh man.

We had to do a LOT of rehab after the last losers moved out, trashed the place man.

Have already compiled many components for Schedule E, e man.

Fortunately, we seem to have escaped the microscopic eye of the evil HOA, previously #1 on their radar grrr man.
