If there are no toys in her cage get some avoid mirrors. As much as it looks like they like the mirror tiels are smart enough to know it's not another bird and they get mad and stress at the mirror at times.

If her wings aren't clipped you may want to clip them for a bit till she get's used to the house and kids. That can be done yourself there's plenty of video's and pictures to do it. It will keep her safe till she learns the house or you can keep them clipped.

Tiels love ppl very good bird for kids and if it's a male can learn to talk. Females can too but males tend to be more vocal.

Great thing about tiels is the go to sleep when you cover them. So if they get noisy you can cover them up and they will quiet down. Unlike my turkey's who squawk louder

I let our Green Cheek Conure fly around the house. I love watching her fly, our Love Bird still get's his clipped. Love Birds fly really fast so it's not recommended to let them fly about if you have mirrors and lots of windows.

When you're ready if you want her to fly you can clip her wings a way where she has limited flight. Like she can go about 3 feet and then starts to lower to the floor. That is good as if a door gets open she can't fly off outside.

Yes just water, you can either spray with mist or get a bird bath. Ours like the tap of running water or they dip in their water dishes

They sell some conditioner for birds but I've never bought it. It's not needed. They molt every 6 months and they clean themselves good. Tiels do have a dust in their feathers so you may notice it when she fluffs up and shakes.

Depending on her cage she may just use the water dish. No matter how many times mine goes under the tap the dish gets used.
