Besides dinnering and preparing Mini-B., Mrs. T-B. duded self up as a malefica, witch she man.

We observed that she was finally showing the world the truth, dodge stuff thrown at us man.

Amiga finally showed up, exhausted she man.

Amiga left for badly needed supermarket caucus, empty larder she man.

Mrs. T-B. shepherded Mini-B. & amigo around to other casas, decked-out she & wee & wee man.

Amigo a real pig with candy, bad example for Mini-B. man.

In response to our concern about cat's escaping during open-dooring, Mrs. T-B. locked cat upstairs, she lock miu man.

At earliest opportunity, we rescued cat, grateful miu man.

We sat outside on beautiful Texas eve, doling out goodies, thankfully nothing that we liked man.

Got a couple of visitors at 2x2x2+2 minutes before 2x2x2-1 p.m., early-birds man.

Got a flock more at 2x2x2x2-1 minutes after 2x2x2-1 p.m., gaggle man.

Got a massive bunch at half-past 2x2x2-1 p.m., overwhelmed man.

Got 2 kids probably 2x2x2x2-2 or 2x2x2x2-1 years old, too old & grabbed huge candy-handfuls like pigs man.

By 2x2x2x2+2+2 minutes till 2x2x2 p.m., all activity had ceased, amazing man.

Mini-B. too exhausted even to dig muchly into his haul, tired wee man.

Mrs. T-B. de-witched herself, at least outwardly she man.

We curbsided the garbage cans, job of husband man.

Actually got nap, blessed zzz we man.

Watched late TV news, see man.

Dished the warsher, Many'th day in a row prolific she man.

Vigorously played Wrappers with insistent/enthusiastic cat, released miu man.

Planning shopping-trip to Walgreens on Tuesday, Many% off man.

Such a party-animal we are, reckless we man.

Just as acupunker forecast, we have finally hawked most of our long-imprisoned lung-loogies, blessed relief man.

We shall get similarly nuked on Wednesday morn, knock it out completely hopefully man.

Such an energy-saver and boost-mooder not to be coughing fruitlessly and nonstop, less phlegmatic we man.

In celebration of all today, we have filched some of Mini-B.'s chocolate haul, ingest man.

We have also nearly vanquished Bag #2 of cheaps, bought ourself cheap man.

It's book character day at school

I feel like kids are getting jipped on their trick or treating bags... I remember when I went out with a pillow case and returned with MANY MANY MANY lbs of candy... Pillow case full... SI MAN!!!!

No kids came to my house and I created these little fun bags of different candles and the little light up bracelets to give them.... I only had 5 trick or treaters last year so I made 10 bags just in case.... but no one came... /sadface

Now I have to decide what to do with the little treat bags... anyone want one sent to them for their kiddies!? lol

Yep I had my usual garden flag out, my wreath up, and pumpkin lights out in my tiny little yard. I just assume it's because we have so few kids in my neighborhood they probably all decided to go elsewhere. I don't have a lot of space to do a lot of things. My front yard is smaller than a queen size bed lol.

I even had my outside light on as well!!! That is what the HOA says is the rule the kids need to follow. If the light over the door is on, they are participating.

Everyone else on my street had their light out (and they have kids!), so we only got a few trick or treaters. There is a street nearby that has continuous sidewalks and street lights that most kids go to. That is where we went too.

7 o'clock before the first set of halloweeners rang the doorbell! Why I remember when everybody was already out on the street at 6 pm, sharp. Last ones didn't come around last night until 8:30, and those were older teens.

Never yelled at anyone to stay off the lawn 'cause we just graveled the entire front yard. Makes for more peaceful sleep.

I have a sign on my gate, After 8PM, every 3rd trick or treater will be shot, and 2 already came....

The kid got some but she can't or won't eat most of it, so it goes to the Dane or thrown out.

Our daily sirens were off yesterday. They are usually at noon and 6pm, but for whatever reason it was 7 instead. The 6 pm one usually signals the rush of trick or treating that crawls to a trickle by 7.
