I want to go to Nola's for dinner!!! So much yummy food coming from that kitchen! Sheperd's pie = English staple!!! I need to learn to make that for Jon. Teach me Nola!!!

There are a ton of recipes online, but if you can make mashed potatoes and brown some ground meat, the rest is all to taste or what you've got in the fridge. Super easy.

My favorite British food that I just hate making at home (probably because I don't have a fryer) is the fish part of fish and chips. I tried to make beer batter cod pan fried, but it just isn't the same. It might be my imagination, but I feel like home deep fryers are less popular in America than England.

About 6, 7 years ago, he went through a divorce. 2 kids. He's been downhill since. I, we, sympathize with his situation. But I still have a company to run here. He gets a 8 weeks vacation a year. Makes in the low 100s.

He can't even iron his shirts. Comes in yesterday, sits around 3 hours and says he didn't have time to groom himself.

Sounds like the type that needs someone at home to take care of him, mother, wife, etc. Guy could have his shirts professionally cleaned and starched. Geez. I know a lot of professionals that dry clean or have it laundered because they don't have time to iron.

Man Trophie doesn't know how to cook....

The good #### is at Stretches house!

Oh yeah, she's got more kids and been cooking for longer than me. It is probably super delicious.

Yeah that's what I mean, not only doesn't he take his clothes to the cleaners, but he can't even run an iron over a shirt!

Now, the big guy is on the phone. He hired his ####### brother to gut his living room, so the good over there, tears everything up. Then goes to rehab. I sent fat boy over there to finish the wiring and AC. Now he needs the room put back together. Everyone I called I'd up to their nose in work.

Looks like thanksgiving is going to be at his mother's house lol...

This reminds me of a joke...

A wife said to her husband, the car has a flat, go fix it.

Husband, "what I look like? Mr goodwrench?"

Next day, wife said, "the roof has a leak, can you fix it?"

Husband, "what I look like, Bob villa?"

Next day, husband comes home, everything is fixed.

Husband, "who fixed all this stuff?"

Wife, our neighbor, he said he'd fix these things if I either baked him a cake, or had sex with him.

Husband, "what kind of cake did you bake?"

Wife, "what I look like, betty Crocker?"

Nola I noticed the deep fryers around here are pretty small. I did find a bigger one at Khols a few years back when my old one bit the dust.

I love beer batter fish, I don't cook it in the deep fryer though. I have a cast frying pan that is deep so I deep fry it in there, keeps out the fish taste out of the oil in my fryer then.

Shepard's pie does sound good, if I don't think of anything else I may do that for tonight.

I bought a new casserole/lasagna dish so I need to test it out soon.

Steve that guy needs medical attention (I know it's not something you can make him do) he will not get better on his own.

1- the Taliban just wanted to know where you live so he can stalk you...

2- :innocent:

3- <shrugs>

But we're down to 21 guys from the high of 30 from a few years ago. And we're expecting to lose a couple more. We need to hire 4, like now.

2- we provide "Cadillac" healthcare (for now), he can go get it. His peers have even spoken to him.

When one get hired in this kind of professional position, there's certain expectations that one must be cognizant of. The onus is on the individual keep up with that sense of professionalism.

Would you take a million dollars to a financial advisor who works out of a basement, in a jogging suit, and is unshaven, and his desk is a mess?

Speaking of unshaven and unkempt, where's Asia...

Haha I'll pass I don't need another man in my life. I have enough with the Hillbilly.

Oh you can keep your turkey fryer. I'm not going outside to fry stuff. I have too much on the go to be in two places cooking.

I agree with you, he's had plenty of ppl try to help him.

Most ppl don't think it's that bad when they are the ones going down hill.

Man I'm not getting any work done.
