Included is the semiannual whole-town GS, just about our favorite man.

However, must supervise a repairman at the r-casa, sigh man.

Must accompany Mrs. T-B./Mini-B. to favorite resale store for $1-clothing sale, acceptable man.

Will probably celebrate Mama T-B.'s Manyth birthday for lunch, even-more-senior she man.

Will most likely have a shot only at the 2 ESs running into late afternoon, oh well man.

Some red/orange husks seem to have blown away from the grain elevator last night and are clustering where the wind hit the snow drifts.  Around our house looks weird, but closer to the grain elevator looks like a massacre happened.

They lie, because they can. In fact, maybe  because they've NO hope otherwise, and they know it. Probably think no one will bother to check them out. <insert bad name of your choice here>

 

When we were trying to find a place, we ran into a bit of a brick wall. My Husband is disabled now, and can't work. I can't because he can't be left alone. Even before his transplant,  even though I've got more than 40 years of work history, all in the same line of work, but...none of it here, so none of it counts. All of it involves 12 hour+ shifts, and nights as well.  And then, at last, the age issue. Clearly, apparently, I am not employable at such an age.

 

So, we remain with his elderly Mother.  And just about the time his TORT claim was settled, and we had the money to do it, and move out, she started dropping her marbles left and right. She's a shocker lately, I think I am going to have to take her car keys away. Which neatly adds chauffeur to the  list of Services I Provide.

What an awful situation for you, sigh ma'am.

 

The liars last night were very clear with Mrs. T-B.:  "We want the casa, and we'll have a check for the first $Many ready tomorrow, but we need to talk with your husband and get an answer tonight," demands man.  Well, nobody short-circuits our due diligence, no man.

 

Fortunately, in Texas it's rather easy to evict people, but who wants to have to fully rehabilitate a casa after just a short-term rental, huh man?

Now that Vikings is over with for the season, although not terribly regrettably since I don't like the actors who play the rest of Ragnar's sons or the writing or both, I have found a new love on Fx, called Taboo.  It is nice to see some shows deviate from the norm.

Are you also watching The Last Kingdom on Netflix? I have two more episodes to go in the 1st season. I just read that they've re-upped for a 2nd season.
