I'm on a mission this week to get the parts back in the grandfather clock and get it working. It has been sitting here since we moved without the weights in it and I want to fix it. I'm just a little worried that it might be out of calibration and the nearest clock repair is probably pretty far away. I probably should have sold the damn thing.

Don't do the same weights back to back. You need to allow for 48 hours of rest in between. Otherwise you are not gaining anything and you can hurt yourself. You can do arms one day and legs on day 2 but don't do arms and legs day 1 and then arms and legs day two.

Sorry, I blame it on being exhausted. I did Arm day on Thursday and had Leg day on Friday... they were back to back. I make sure to spread out my resistance days usually by doing arm day on either Tuesday or Wednesday and then Leg day on Friday... but my trainer didn't have the days available to split this past week ><

I discovered that when you make a reservation using wyndham rewards, it's a pain in the butt to change it.....

Did you make it on a Visa? If you did the visa concierge may be able to help? Bypassing the merchant and talking to visa directly if you have a Visa Platinum usually works for me!! But since you did use the rewards program they may not be able to... try i though? That is if they didn't let you make the change.

My shoulder hurts. I'm pretty sure I now have arthritis in it after the car accident.

The insurance guy offered me 600$ for my doctors appointment (just the 1) and pain and suffering. I think he needs to come up that is way too low for 5 months of pain.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.
