DS-260 confusion

I have read similar post but I want to make complete sure that nothing has changed. Me and my fiancée are nearing the end of our process with the inerview less than a week away but she received an email from the embassy in Manila. The email is calling it an immigrant visa interview and is saying to bring the DS-260 confirmation page. She has already filled out the DS-160 and printed the confirmation page from that. Is this simply an error on the embassy's part? Is something possibly wrong? Or should we really fill out the DS-260? She tried to email them but they have not responded back sadly. Thank you for your help.
