Ok I sent my documents 10/4, but we forget to send the form enotifications for this reason I don't have received any information about my case. I called today and the customer service told me that

I think this is going to be our month mate. I think they are going to approve our cases this month. :D

Hello everyone, my case was approved from USCIS and now at NVC.. i received my case number but no invoice number and the letter states: "However,  your  case  is  not currently  eligible  for  further  processing  because  there  is  an  annual  limit  on  the  number  of  immigrant  visas  that the  Department  of  State  can  issue.  For  some  visa  categories,  the  wait  could  be  many  years" as it's f2A category.

 

My wife was previously pregnant and we lost the baby due to several complication. She is currently pregnant and started complaining those issue and our country wss affected by mudslide. 

Is their anything I can do to speed up the process?

Stop posting this in every thread. We are all waiting and we are all F2A and not IR-2. Every category is different. Please go to the right section of the forum.

question - is your spouse immigrating to the US with you? what is the appropriate answer for that?
